Stroll through the sheltered courtyard to find Popa’s front door and enter into your holiday home.The cottage entrance has plenty of space to dump the flip flops (or wellies) and a convenient WC.The ground floor opens up leading into a bright lounge with a real coastal feel. Sofas with the right amount of squash sit around a large flat-screened TV, perfect for those family evenings where everyone can flop down together after a hard day at the beach.A large archway leads through to the kitchen diner, which is flooded with light from the large French doors that lead out onto the decking.Decorated in vibrant seaside tones, this modern kitchen features marble countertops and a splashback tiled in deep ocean hues.Grab a mug from the selection of Cornishware crockery and take your coffee out to the decked rear garden, the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun.Stairs lead from the lounge area to the upper floor, with a bunk room, perfect for the kids, and a twin room both looking over the internal courtyard. A stylish tiled bathroom sits conveniently next door, and the sunny master bedroom benefiting from its own ensuite.As well as its own south facing decked garden which leads directly from the kitchen diner, Popa has use of Polmark Beach Cottages communal areas. Parking spaces on gravel, level but uneven access across the paved courtyard area and one step up to the main entrance of the house. Ground floor accommodation is level. One full flight of stairs up to the first floor where accommodation is then level. There is an entrance at the rear of the cottage also, next to the parking area.
